Shipping and Handling: Terms & Conditions
Shipping: We can ship to most addresses in the world, domestically and internationally.  Domestically, some geographic regions may not be deliverable. Internationally, certain geographic destinations have restrictions not allowing fine art shipping into their countries.  Actual home or business addresses must be used for shipping. Artwork may only be returned if damaged.  Refer to “Damage & Loss” section.
Special Requirements

There are artworks that will require highly specialized transportation handling.  These artworks may require temperature controlled environments, individual crating or other atypical needs. In the case of such pieces a shipping company specializing in moving such objects will be engaged to handle the work.  Artwork needing this service will be identified on the artist price list. Full payment of artwork is required to hold the piece. You will receive a price estimate for S&H and related costs, based on the artwork destination, within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Shipping, handling and related costs must be paid in full within 36 business hours of receiving the final estimate. If you decide not to go forward with your purchase a 20% restocking fee and any associated Paypal charges will be deducted from your PayPal account. 

Delivery Time
Estimated shipping and delivery dates will appear on your order form.  Estimated shipping and arrival date will be on the email order confirmation form. Delivery time is expected to be 6-8 weeks from date of purchase (exception: artist commissions; special orders).The Shipping Company will email tracking information regarding the specific arrival date of your package...  
General Costs

Shipping costs for each artwork is size and weight-based.  Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. And, rates and fees may vary according to the need for special “white-glove” handling during packing, handling and shipping.  To follow shipping company policies all weights are rounded-up to the next full pound. 

International Costs & Shipping

International shipping costs may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which the artwork is shipped.  These charges are the receiver’s responsibility. Unpredicted additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the receiver. An Import Fees Deposit will be required to pay the destination’s Import Fees on the receiver’s behalf.  Priority International Shipping is available.

The receiver is responsible for assuring that the artwork can be lawfully imported to the destination country.  The receiver is the importer of record and must abide by the laws and regulations of the destination country. Cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities.  Shipment information is provided to customs authorities to expedite customs clearance.

Customs regulations and tax rates applicable to certain goods may change; and custom officials in different countries may differ when classifying artwork.  By purchasing an artwork you are agreeing to allow Creative Art Bridges to collect the Import Fees Deposit.

Damage & Loss

Returns of damaged artwork during the shipping and delivery process. Each artwork has a condition report prepared by a professional staff member for shipping, insurance and return purposes. The shipping company will use these reports to justify returned packages.

Domestic and international shipments: Loss or damage to contents of a package or shipping container, which was not noticed at time of delivery must be reported to us, within 10 days of delivery.  A request for shipping company inspection will be made at that time. The artwork must be retained in the original package or shipping container, in the same condition it was in when loss or damage was discovered, until inspected by the shipping company. If the proper steps, required by the shipping company are followed, another artwork of comparable price may be chosen to replace the ordered artwork or a full refund will be applied to your PayPal account. 


Shipments will be held by the shipping company at destination without charge for three (3) calendar days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Legal Holidays), computed from the first 8:00 a.m. following notification to the receiver of the shipment arrival.  After the expiration of the free time, the company will continue to hold such shipments, subject to additional charges.  The receiver is fully responsible for all additional charges resulting from transportation, storage and delivery fees.


PayPal provides each person with a way to securely, easily and immediately have payments processed online. Founded in 1998, PayPal service is a global leader in online payment solutions and uses the world’s most advanced proprietary fraud prevention system.

Payments & Services

All payments are quoted in U.S. Dollars. The purchaser is responsible for all payments, fees and applicable taxes associated with the site. The purchaser must remit payment in a timely manner with a valid payment method. If, in the case of an international shipment, your payment for S&H and import fees are past due, the amount owed will be deducted from your PalPal account balance in 180 days; include collection agency fees; retainers for legal counsel.
